Shipping
We ship from Northern Ireland. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order leaves us.
- UK & Ireland: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Europe: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
- Rest of world: 7–21 working days from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & refunds
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days, then return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We'll refund the price of the item plus original standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the item or refund you in full.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items such as base layers, socks and similar items can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
