1. Who we are
MTB Outlaws is a chapter-based mountain biking community founded in Newry, Northern Ireland. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean MTB Outlaws.
2. Using this site
You may browse and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.
3. Orders & contracts
- All orders placed through the shop are an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.
- A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors before dispatch.
4. Riding & events
Mountain biking carries inherent risk. Participation in any MTB Outlaws ride, meet-up or event is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own equipment, fitness, ability, and for wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear. See our Disclaimer for more.
5. Member conduct
We expect every member and visitor to respect trails, landowners, other trail users and each other. Behaviour that damages trails, endangers others, or brings the community into disrepute may result in removal from chapters, events or accounts.
6. Intellectual property
All branding, artwork, logos and content on this site are owned by MTB Outlaws or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MTB Outlaws is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, our products, or participation in rides and events. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
